The 193cm of the OHP

This telescope used to be the biggest in Europe and in 1995, it found the first planet outside our solar system, around the star 51 Pegasus.

The Observatoire de Haute-Provence is covered by an oak forest. We pass from one building to the other by little paths under the trees.
