Mask & Flower Pot

This is the last of this series of photos. They were taken with my normal camera through the eyepiece of a much older piece of equipment, a camera dating form the start of the 20th century. Very heavy, and forced to take the photos looking from the top of the camera, it was not very easy to get very clear shots. It somehow helped creating an atmosphere and I was investigating this new way of taking photos. For this last shot, I used a stool to support the camera. Hence a much clearer shot.

The shot was originally shot in black in white, but the computer did not know that and was presented as a shot in colour, but sitll grey. What I did was to saturate a bit the red and unsaturate the blue.

Down the Countermine
Location: Castle, St Andrews

In the castlem there is an underground passage. Once it was besieged and trying to destroy the outer defences, a mine was created. The besieged dig several tunnels all trying to encounter the mine, which at the end, they did, creating a little network of underground passages.
