A Non-Swiss Attitude

Location : Jetée des Eaux Vives, Geneva, Switzerland
Changes : Contrast

There are several cruise boats on the Lac Léman, all built at the start of the 20th century. They stop here and there at piers in nearby villages, or in Geneva and almost every time, there is a group of children jumping in the water, grasping the bars behind the big wheel and let themselves transported as far as they can hold the bar. Something that somehow did not quite fit with the Swiss quietness but which was very peculiar to watch.
